EBay responds exactly the way you described on top cash back . Which to me is perfectly fair . Result I'm perfectly happy with EBay on top cash back as I use EBay a lot .

Always used to track and pay no problem. From Jan 2017 no purchases have tracked, but all have promptly paid on retroclaim.
