• Big Birthday Club

  Become a member of the Big Birthday Club and make the most of some fantastic benefits for kids.

  You will get 20% off your child's birthday present, while they will also provide you with great party ideas and allow you to download invitations and thank you cards. You will be sent a money off voucher to use on your child's birthday present 3-4 weeks before the big day if you register to receive it by email and 6-8 weeks before if you choose to have the pack sent to you through the post.

  You should be aware that it takes eight weeks for your membership to be activated, so you may not receive your voucher in time if you sign up less than eight weeks before your child's birthday. The voucher can only be used against full price items, although the Early Learning Centre are unable to offer a discount against any TP, Plum, Axi, Selwood or Saber products, as well as star buys, sale items or products which are subject to another offer. Any child aged between one and six years can join the Big Birthday Club.

• Delivery

  Use our Early Learning Centre discount code and cashback deals to make a purchase and choose from a selection of delivery options to suit your budget and daily life when you checkout your basket.

  You can Click & Collect from one of their UK stores for free with selected items and collect your order within 24 hours. Enter your mobile number when ordering and you will receive a text message when it is ready to collect. It will be delivered to the store anytime up to 7pm on the day and they will hold it for you for a maximum of seven days.

  If you prefer to have your goods sent to your home, they offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40, which will see items which are in stock arrive within 7-10 days, between 7am and 9pm. Next working day delivery is available to UK mainland addresses if you place your order before 4pm (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

  You will not be able to use this service if you live in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man. If you order a website exclusive item, there are varying delivery time frames and you should check the individual product detail page or order confirmation email.

• Returns

  If you want to return an item, you can do so, on production of your receipt, for a refund or exchange as long as it is within 30 days and the product is unused and in its original packaging (exclusions apply).

  One option is to take it to an Early Learning Centre store, or a Mothercare store with an ELC Shop in Shop. Alternatively, you can send it via a Collect+ store for free if you ordered online. You will need to print out a Collect+ label, which you can do via the Early Learning Centre returns page. Collect+ stores can only accept parcels up to approximately 10kg in weight and dimensions up to 50cm x 30cm x 30cm.

• Gift Cards

  If you are struggling to find the perfect present, why not buy them a gift card and let them choose exactly what they want?

  You can buy an Early Learning Centre gift card or one which you can spend either with them or in Mothercare. Choose an amount between £10 and £500, or a custom value, state the reason for sending it and then pick one of their card designs. You can then choose a delivery date, or upgrade to same day dispatch for £7.50, and enter a personal message and the delivery details.

  For convenience, or if you have left it late to organise, an eVoucher can be sent direct to the recipient's email address. With this service, you can choose an amount between £10 and £100, or a custom value. Select a design and add a personal message, while if you do not want it to be sent straight away, you can pick a date and time.
