Never paid out cashback - always an excuse
I have made several purchases from Dunelm having found what I wanted at a reasonable price on their website. However, they always find an excuse not to pay cashback, which I find very frustrating as I follow their guidelines so not to give them an excuse! If I could find what I wanted else where at a competitive price I wouldn't bother with Dunelm. Topcashback should give them warning to be honest & fair with their customers or be dropped.

Liars who won't pay cashback
They said that another cashback site had been tracked and credited with my cashback and therefore would not pay Topcashback. This is a lie. I only use Topcashback, and they were only on Topcashback. Liars who won't pay.

Great company to use through top cash back
Always used Top cash back to purchase from Dunelm's. All purchases register for cash top back and a quick turn around in paying out.

Cashback didn't track and claim declined
They had a higher cashback rate offer in November 2023 but despite clearing cookies and cache it didn't track after making a claim and waiting till now have been advised that retailer has declined cashback. Seems it was just to entice online orders. Not happy and would take any cashback offers from them with a pinch of salt.
