	Dunelm can't find my order My cashback didn't track so I submitted a claim. After several months it was declined as Dunelm cannot find my order. I gave them the order number so I don't know how they cannot find it.

	Waste of time No matter how you clear your computer is, and you give them their order number Dunelm can't find the order. I have two orders that I have picked up. Topcashback should remove them from the site with their tails between there legs. Good products just don't what to pay cashback to customers of there's.

	2 purchases declined from this retailer Made 2 x purchases during May, finally 3 months later heard back but both declined even though both purchased through TCB. All the things asked to check are ridiculous and not a natural way to shop if have to clear cookies, have ad blockers off, and then 2 other ones like 'Ensuring that your order is placed completely online' and 'Not having any pre-saved baskets'. I did challenge and TCB did honour the cashback, which were pennies btw, but that's not the point.

	Easy Peasy Straight forward log in to top cashback go through to dunelm order collect wait for it to come in sometimes takes a few weeks but money for nothing

	Declined Cashback Spent £500 at Dunelm via Top Cashback website. I 100% did this but they declined the cashback and Top Cashback could not assist. Worst thing is, Top Cashback were supposed to add £1.50 on top for using Dunelm in this transaction. All crooks, but do not expect different these days.

	Didn't pay I purchased some items online. It was only 49p cashback, but it all adds up. Was declined because they said topcashback was not the reason this order was placed. Not impressed.

	Never tracks Despite following all topcashback instructions, trying multiple different devices, Dunelm never tracks for me and when I lodge a claim it comes back as not coming through topcashback. It’s really disappointing, I have spent over £1200 online with dunelm and not received any cash back

	Another refusal Yet again another refusal from Dunelm. I always use Topcashback but Dunelm is the only website that has ALWAYS refused to payout saying I used another website to purchase goods, although I only use Topcashback. I would like to give them a minus rating for all the cashback they have refused to payout. Very unprofessional.

	Look elsewhere Used on a couple of occasions and was expecting over £50 worth of cashback. Nil received. Try a different place for Dundon’s cashback is my lessons learnt.

	Approach with care, refused cashback Bad experience. Spent over £300 and they refused the cashback claim, even though I had purchased through this site. Would not recommend.

	Didn't track and wouldn't honour purchase, sent wrong item. DO NOT USE Made two separate purchases from them back in January, neither of them tracked and after submitting missing cashback claim, they rejected it saying not detected by their network and I should clear cache etc. A load of rubbish as I always clear history, cookies and cache prior to doing this just to make sure all tracks ok. If they didn't want to pay, shouldn't do this cashback scheme in the first place. And this is after getting my order wrong. A disgrace of a company. Don't touch with a barge pole.

	Does not pay out on genuine cashback claims I ordered through topcashback a large order and followed all of the rules about not using any other discount codes etc. .....received nothing so put in a claim which took 5 months for them to respond and they said I must have used a code or something not issued by topcashback do solidly refused to pay out. ....I know for definite this is not the case and I feel very disappointed with dunelm and would not recommend bothering with using them.
