Used topcashback to buy tickets to Euro Disney. Read t's & c's. A couple of weeks later, saw it acknowledged I'd used the site, but £0.00 cash back. Contacted Disneyland via topcashback website to claim cash back, no response.

2nd Booking and 2nd time amount hasn't registered correctly
2nd time in 2 years of booking a DLP break and second time payout hasn't tracked correctly. Each time a lower amount has been added to that 'advertised' and a claim has been lodged. I booked last month and initially a lower amount was showing on the account than expected but a random look today has it now showing as £0.00 payable. Should not have bothered after last time..... If you find the option to purchase through an alternate cashback site I'd try that instead.

Always declines / pays £0
This is now the third time using cash back with Disneyland Paris - on this site and their competitor. EVERY time it either declines or pays at £0 - you can’t even use a voucher, and I’ve only ever gone through a single cash back retailer for the booking, no other affiliates. If you’re booking based on price with cash back, don’t bother!

2 years waiting and got declined
Don't use the service of topcashback. They made me wait for 2 years and at the end - we are sorry but your purchase is not tracked, which I am sure is completely b**t. They just keep the commission.

Disappointing
I received the 'wrong' booking reference number so wasn't eligible for cashback. Even though I booked via the link and cannot control what booking reference number I am given.

It took a year to arrive :(
Sadly it took over a year for the cashback to arrive from Disneyland Paris, which seems extremely unreasonable and unprofessional.

supposedly because I didn't go through them, yet I did! Booked another trip and tracked at zero so not sure why DLP hates me so much!! Next time will go through a travel agent and let them have a bit of commission as I never benefit from booking direct

I booked this holiday via the top cashback website nearly 2 years ago and the cash back failed to track. My missing payment was declined. Not a happy customer. Would give no stars if possible.

Useless
Cashback was declined due to the order number being "incorrect" which it wasn't and I sent proof multiple times. Topcashback informed me they couldn't try again with the same order number and unless I had another closed the claim. Utter waste of time.

Claim refused and asked to provide another booking number
Missed out on £70 from this retailer due to them saying they couldn't find the booking reference and to provide another one despite Disney only providing one reference. I tried contacting Disney and all they did was confirm that the booking reference was correct and there was no other reference. It also didn't track the cashback originally and I had to raise a manual claim

Poor - late payout, raised a claim and received lower payout than expected
Cashback is always a bonus and is never guaranteed but it is nonetheless frustrating when payments are not received as expected. I spent £1171 with retailer and this was tracked and acknowledged in e-mail as tracked. After claim initially showing in my account correctly it disappeared so I raised a ticket. Cashback has just become payable 9 months post purchase but at a lower amount and my purchase amount now showing as £170.44.

Didn’t pay out
All criteria followed but transaction didn’t track and retailer refused claim. Don’t rely on the cashback as part of costing your trip. We missed out on £108.

Don’t waste your time.
Did not track, raised a claim to be told they can’t find my booking and to provide a different booking number? I only have one booking number as there’s only 1 booking. Clearly no intentions of paying out. Very unfair service.

Don't expect them to pay out!
I have had 2 bookings declined from Disneyland Paris. 1 for a luxury stay where I was expecting over £100 cash back and one for buying an annual pass. Both times I raised a missing cashback claim through customer services and still they were rejected saying they couldn't find our bookings. I gave them the dates, booking references and even the room number we stayed in. Complete con!

Claimed to not be able to find transaction
We were already planning on going to Disneyland Paris and staying in one of the cheaper park hotels. When we saw an amazing special offer on here for £103 cashback if you booked a stay in one of the premium hotels we decided we'd go for the upgrade. Unfortunately Disneyland Paris are saying they can not locate the transaction even though we provided all of the transaction/booking details from the receipt and booking confirmation that they sent. So nearly three months after the holiday we haven't received any cashback and no response from Disneyland Paris ' customer service team in response to this matter. Topcashback have been very helpful throughout.

They never pay out
I have used Topcashback twice possibly 3 times in the past to book a holiday at Disneyland Paris and each time they have refused to pay out. I am still waiting on another one for a stay that was completed in January and a stay that was completed in Feb but I'm not holding my breath. I have another 2 pending for holidays that I have booked for next year but again I fully expect Disneyland Paris to reject it even though I carefully ensure that I meet all their terms and conditions each time.
