Received cash back within 3 months of ordering. I booked two rooms (which the Disney website forced me to make as two separate bookings) and only received cash back for one of the rooms booked (the cheaper of the two) but (having read several bad reviews re tracking) I was very pleased to receive this!

Beware and be careful. I booked separate bookings through cashback and both came up that they were being tracked. A few days later I noticed only the second booking had tracked (which has to be fair has tracked and payed out quickly). A claim was made as the bookings were made within a few hours of each other, but in the last couple of days Topcashback have informed me that it has been decline but cannot give me a proper reason why, just possble ways of it being decined. So if you are booking more than one transaction on the same day, be careful as one of them may not track.

Cashback for 2x transactions in August didn't track, so had to raise 2 claims. Eventually tracked in October, then I logged in today to see both have been declined without ANY notification from topcashback. T&Cs of the deal were followed to the letter. This was my first purchase through topcashback, but I'm highly unlikely to use it again unless this is resolved satisfactorily.

Cash back was tracked quickly and efficiently and after bad experiences with Currys and Comet restored my faith in cash back. The whole family absolutely loved our experience in Disney Land though it did rain a bit and the queues were much longer than anticipated. We stayed in Davy Crockett lodge which was rather basic but perfectly fine for somewhere to crash out after a long day in the park. Only minor grudge was than food and drink is very expensive in the park, there are even long queues for the restaurants.

Poor - late payout, raised a claim and received lower payout than expected
Cashback is always a bonus and is never guaranteed but it is nonetheless frustrating when payments are not received as expected. I spent £1171 with retailer and this was tracked and acknowledged in e-mail as tracked. After claim initially showing in my account correctly it disappeared so I raised a ticket. Cashback has just become payable 9 months post purchase but at a lower amount and my purchase amount now showing as £170.44.

Booked as a treat for my oldest son, before he started primary school. Great holiday, but with regards to cashback, firstly, the transaction wasnt recorded, and then when the payment went to confirmed status, it was declined by Disney! was £150 declined! Shameful!!!

Just tried to book online and it told me the dates were unavaliable...for june 2012. Tried again different dates and told the same. Just had a call from my credit card company saying Disney have asked for payment twice. Not happy!

I booked this holiday via the top cashback website nearly 2 years ago and the cash back failed to track. My missing payment was declined. Not a happy customer. Would give no stars if possible.

Useless
Cashback was declined due to the order number being "incorrect" which it wasn't and I sent proof multiple times. Topcashback informed me they couldn't try again with the same order number and unless I had another closed the claim. Utter waste of time.

Claim refused and asked to provide another booking number
Missed out on £70 from this retailer due to them saying they couldn't find the booking reference and to provide another one despite Disney only providing one reference. I tried contacting Disney and all they did was confirm that the booking reference was correct and there was no other reference. It also didn't track the cashback originally and I had to raise a manual claim

Didn’t pay out
All criteria followed but transaction didn’t track and retailer refused claim. Don’t rely on the cashback as part of costing your trip. We missed out on £108.

Don’t waste your time.
Did not track, raised a claim to be told they can’t find my booking and to provide a different booking number? I only have one booking number as there’s only 1 booking. Clearly no intentions of paying out. Very unfair service.

Don't expect them to pay out!
I have had 2 bookings declined from Disneyland Paris. 1 for a luxury stay where I was expecting over £100 cash back and one for buying an annual pass. Both times I raised a missing cashback claim through customer services and still they were rejected saying they couldn't find our bookings. I gave them the dates, booking references and even the room number we stayed in. Complete con!
