Claimed to not be able to find transaction
We were already planning on going to Disneyland Paris and staying in one of the cheaper park hotels. When we saw an amazing special offer on here for £103 cashback if you booked a stay in one of the premium hotels we decided we'd go for the upgrade. Unfortunately Disneyland Paris are saying they can not locate the transaction even though we provided all of the transaction/booking details from the receipt and booking confirmation that they sent. So nearly three months after the holiday we haven't received any cashback and no response from Disneyland Paris ' customer service team in response to this matter. Topcashback have been very helpful throughout.

They never pay out
I have used Topcashback twice possibly 3 times in the past to book a holiday at Disneyland Paris and each time they have refused to pay out. I am still waiting on another one for a stay that was completed in January and a stay that was completed in Feb but I'm not holding my breath. I have another 2 pending for holidays that I have booked for next year but again I fully expect Disneyland Paris to reject it even though I carefully ensure that I meet all their terms and conditions each time.

Cashback declined.
Purchased tickets through the topcashback link but merchant said that the transaction couldn't be traced - disappointing and lost quite a lot of cash back.

Not tracking, no updates
I know how the tracking works, I've been using TCB for many years. Obviously an issue with DLP and poor resolution (waiting for retailer). Not up to the standard expected, should be removed from the TCB site as it seem the odds are very much stacked against actually getting anything with them.

We have tried to get cashback for disney for 3 holidays, and it never comes through, we are still waiting for a booking from Sept 2021. I wouldn’t bother - it never pays out!

I have been very very careful to ensure to access Disneyland holiday site through the cashback link, have then spent over £2000 to book a holiday with them. However, the cashback has been rejected by the merchant which is very unfair. I feel cheated and will not be using this service going forward.

We booked back in sept 17 for April 18, nearly a year later and no cash back. It initially tracked then disappeared, put in a claim and still waiting, I have contacted TopCashback loads but get the generic email back every time, am now fed up as lost out on £60 as I can’t see this being paid out anytime soon.

I would leave no starts if I could. It's been a year and two months since I paid for my holiday. I still haven't received any cashback or any great help trying to claim it. I am really disappointed as I have never missed out on cashback - coinsidentally this was supposed to be my largest amount ever... I am holding no hope of ever receiving a penny. shame shame shame - It would have made a difference to our holiday.

Complete waste of time. I'be now booked 2 holidays and both claims have been rejected despite being tracked. I have provided all of the evidence to confirm a booking was made but it was still rejected.
