I placed the order on 4th April. I contacted customer services on 7th April who said to me that my neighbours signed for the delivery. Checked with 5-6 neighbours who knew nothing about it (nor I had the 'while you were out' card from delivery service). I called back on Friday just to be told that the product is still in the warehouse. I called again on Monday just to be told that they are out of stock. I asked for a refund (paid via PayPal) and Discount Supplements customer services said that it will be issued shortly. I called again on Wednesday 13th April and now they need 1-7 working days. When I said that I paid via PayPal and that the refund should be quicker then if the product was paid from my bank account, I was told that for their acc. department it is the same. I asked to speak with their accounting but they don't accept the calls. I asked to speak with the manager/director, but they are on holiday (of course they are). When I said that I am ready to raise the claim via PayPal I was told that I will never see my money!!!!!
Now, do you think that I will deal with this 'company' again????

I placed an order on 19 November. After I did not receive my order till 10 December, I contact them. However, they told me to contact directly DHL. After many emails back and forth with discount supplements and DHL, today is 30 December. I still do not have my order. They told me that they had to refund my order because they have new owners now and the previous owners got the money. However, no refund yet. It has been more than one month now. The sales from discount supplements don't do anything to keep me as a customer. I hope their manager reviews their emails and this review. I would get fired if I behaved like that n my company. As the situation is right now / discount supplements have my 190 euros and did not provide me with the products. That is a clear fraud.

Horrendous. Refused a claim which tracked very clearly on Topcashback and stated it was because the purchase was not made through TCB. Ridiculous.

The website impressed me with the prices and the claims of free same day despatch before 4pm. Ordered £100 worth of supplements on Sunday... Thursday night, still nothing. Called customer service, no answer, got cut off. Sent email - in fairness, a quick response by email to say there had been a warehouse delay, left TODAY?! and will be with us in 1-3 working days, therefore it will probably be over a week from ordering when we will finally see our products. Not good when you are waiting on Supplements. Far quicker companies out there!

Woeful. Had a bad experience (refused cashback for bogus reason) in 2009. Thought maybe I was just unlucky. Tried them again Aug 2011. Twelve days since I ordered now and:
1) I still don't have my item
2) There is still no sign of any tracked cashback
3) They took the money out of my account the same day I ordered - that part they got right.
but they have taken the money off my credit card.
They also delivered some other customers goods to my house in error. I then had to wait in a full day so their courier could collect them.
Twice is not unlucky - it's indicative of a shoddy company.
I'm fair and will update this if they eventually come good. But based on my two experiences with this company I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Further to my report below. I said I'd update this if they came good.
They eventually delivered after approx 2 weeks and a few calls. They also refunded £ 10-00 from my order which I think was fair of them.
No sign of cashback but they came good with the delivery and service in the end.

Mixed review - still waiting on my cashback from an order made in late August '10 (it's now Dec!), and yet they have already paid the cashback from a subsequent order made in Sep Curious.
Place has good prices and service - and in my experience so far a 50% hit rate on the cashback.
I'll update this if they ever come through with the rest...

Cashback always tracks very quickly. This company seem one of the cheapest for the products I buy and free delivery is a nice bonus on top of the 10% cashback!
