In general good customer service. Only issue we had was that we pay extra for a flexi booking but no one has checked this which has resulted in us having to wait in the port for addition 2.5 hours until our original booking.

Nightmare had to put in claim as didn't automatically get cashback took weeks to sort went on hols and had returned 3weeks before had cashback sorted

Two months after the purchase and nothing is tracking. I have sent 'nudges' and there is no response to whether or not my cashback is pending etc. Very poor service by DFDS.
