Plants from Crocus arrived in excellent condition. One plant didn't do that well and Crocus sent a replacement plant straightaway after I contacted them. Excellent customer service!

Failed to track initially, so manually submitted, TCB sorted that out quickly enough, but it took ages before it became payable. However delivery and quality of order was of their usual high standards.

I paid for part of my purchase with a gift voucher, but found that the cashback amount tracks only on the total AFTER the gift voucher has been applied, not the full value of my purchase. Just worth knowing!

Tracked eventually, you might need to raise a missing cashback claim but this tracks when Top cashback remind them the first time.
easy to navigate site. Be sure to clear your cookies if you used a price comparison site to suss out the best price before using top cash back for cashback on yoru purchase.
