I shop on this site a lot and am disappointed that they take so long to confirm that the Cashback is payable. Twelve weeks seems a very long time in my opinion. I'll continue to shop with them though

As Create and Craft take the payment for an order within 5 minutes of placeing the order I do not understand why it can take a few months for my cashback to be paid to you and then to my account.

I have had no cash back from this site. Not sure if being a Create and Craft club member stops the cash back? Do not buy thinking you will get cash back, it seems some people do but I have not.

Cashback from Create and Craft is getting more and more difficult to get. The majority of my purchases don't track so I have to put in loads of claims. The cashback rate for existing customers has been reduced. And the payment time is woeful, some I have been waiting for 6 months! Overall, it is less hit and more miss.
