AVOID!!
I had the same experience as every one else and my cash back was declined despite using the same process that I have used for countless successful cash backs elsewhere.
They are just a reselling platform so I am going directly to the retailer in future.
Plus you get inundated with spam marketing from them.

Don't bother. Scammers.
I definitely bought via topcasback, but they say it did not track due to fault of customer and make up silly excuses. I did it all correctly. Annoyed, wish I would have seen the reviews first.
Very off putting, and puts me off purchasing from here since they are deceitful and dishonest. Not sure why they are on here if they don't honour the cash back. Might as well be removed ? It seems they do it to everyone...

Don't use, didn't receive payment!
Had not heard of this retailer before, but found a beauty item on their website. I came to TCB to check if listed and they were so proceed to purchase as I usually would. Didn't track and didn't receive payment. Wish I looked at the reviews beforehand as seems to be the trend.

This is a scam to get clicks.
Judging by my own and others people's experience, it seems that Cosmetify aren't upholding their commitment in this partnership. My claim was denied on the basis that "TopCashback was not the final referrer...". I literally went to the TopCashback website on my laptop and clicked through to Cosmetify from their page before adding an item to basket and going to checkout. This needs to be looked into by TopCashback.

No Payout
Went to company's website through topcashback and brought items. No issue with purchase itself but as per other reviews, retailer did not pay out cash back and rejected claim. Should be removed from topcashback.

Did not pay out for valid click and purchase even after I entered a claim
No cashback tracked so I raised a claim. Cosmetify responded saying I did not buy through TCB even though I did.

Cosmetify DO NOT not send ALL ordered items. No refund or replacement!
I ordered 2 vitamin jars - Solgar Vitamins Solgar Kangavites Bouncin' Berry Chewable Tabs x 60 AND Solgar Skin, Nails & Hair Formula x60. However, I have received ONLY 1 jar - Solgar Vitamins Solgar Kangavites Bouncin' Berry Chewable Tabs x 60.
When I contacted Cosmetify, re the second jar of vitamins, first I was requested to send images of the box and the label and then I was told that the retailer had a CCTV footage showing the both jars going into the box. When I requested a copy of the footage, I did not receive any reply from Cosmetify.
When I suggested looking at the discrepancy in the weight of the box sent (375g with the box!) and the weight of the 2 vitamin jars ONLY (483g!) I did not receive any reply.
