I followed all the rules but they refused to pay cashback and gave a very generic 'did not meet terms' response.
Avoid, as so many others have said - wish I had read the reviews before using Coral. Other betting sites have paid cashback to me, so use another instead.

Coral refuses to pay valid cash back claims - like my own claim. Avoid coral like the plague - they will refuse you cashback claim whatever your valid reason.

I opened an account with Coral in June and am still waiting for any mention of cashback from this merchant on my account. All cashback with other merchants accounts opened at that time have been credited. Very poor from coral indeed for not honouring cashback promises.
Luckily I won with my £50 bet (lost the free matched bet) but still in profit.

A very poor company with poor customer service who didn't make me feel very comfortable on the phone. They do not respond to messages very quickly and when they did - they didn't actually respond to question posed, they took an average of 15 + minutes to answer the phone and did not seem bothered about honouring the deal they have with topcashback. When I requested to close my account and asked for email confirmation of this - I just found my account 'suspended' without an email to confirm it was closed. Apparently it is suspended for data protection purposes. Avoid like the plague!

Avoid. Cashback refused for no apparent reason. First time visit to the site and no promo codes used. Thankfully the bets I put on won so I didn't lose anything. Certainly will not be using them again!!

AVOID I place a bet of the required amount and used no voucher code and have been told within days I won't get any cash back. Disgusted I only tried them as the cash back was good and get NIL you have been warned as bad as WILLIAM HILL who also won,t give you any cash back. Logged claim with top cash back but they haven't got back to me. Poor outfit CORAL

I've had nothing but problems with Coral since I joined. I often couldn't access my account, I couldn't get into my bet history and my account balance wouldn't display. I ended up having to put bets on by telephone.
I initially deposited £25 and it tracked very quickly. The £20.20 showed on my Topcashback account as 'confirmed' and was later withdrawn. I am now closing my account with Coral and will join a decent company. I most definitely would not recommend Coral.

No cash back received from Coral.
Underpaid me on a winner. Website does not work on many occasions. Cannot log in today.
A bookmaker that does not pay up, what a surprise!
Don't bother with the cash back unlikely to get it.
Why do Top Cash back allow such companies to undermine their reputation, such as it is. Coral, it seems, have no intention of honoring the cash back offer.

Very poor. Followed the link and paid my money. Did not track and today I have been told the classic 'another channel was creditted with the sale'. Funny how everytime the cachback is a larger sum of money the same response is given. I am getting very tired of this. My account was opened in June and the response was given today. Be very cautious if you are only through Coral because of the cashback.

I have used over 20 cashback do not use Coral as they will advise you after several months will not payout due to terms and conditions also noticed they have reduced cashback amount.
Only company that has never paid out.
