Wish I could give zero stars! Registered for there very generous cashback offer. The cashback never tracked, so put in a claim. After months of waiting Coral rejected my claim saying I was an existing customer. I have never used Coral in my life!

Absolutely terrible. I first put in a claim for my cashback in Feb.2017. Still hasn't been resolved. Have only had a couple of responses from topcashback after asking about this a few times and sending lots of nudges (about 1 every month). I haven't been told that the claim has been declined and so I award Corals zero points for customer service.

Took a while but got there in the end. After they paid out I then went ahead with my second deposit and won a bit of money. Good news is they payout winnings far quicker (next day) when your age is confirmed. So overall, great in the end.

The experience on Corals website was excellent, I enjoyed the variety of games. The problem I have is that the cashback still hasn't been received after 5 months, I lodged a missing cashback claim 2 months ago, and am wondering if the payment will ever arrive.

Doesn't Pay !! Quite simply a con, and topcashback doesnt help, Same company as Ladbrokes who also didnt pay. Top cashback must be getting something from this company. After Ladbrokes didnt go through, ?i was very cautious about Coral (rightly) I made sure the box"we have recorded your visit) was there, signed up deposited and played..but ZILCH !! AVOID !! THEY WONT PAY YOU
