About your transaction
  • A completed quote is not an Eligible Purchase and therefore is not eligible for Cashback, you will only be eligible for Cashback on a completed purchase of a policy. You will only be eligible for Cashback if Compare the Market is able to link your purchase to the TopCashback website. This means you must: 1.Log into your account 2.Click from TopCashback directly to the Compare the Market website ensuring you have selected the correct product category 3.Generate a brand new quote and take out the product immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser)
Exclusions
  • Editing or using a previously saved quote or product comparison from your Compare the Market account will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your cashback to be declined or reduced. e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
  • If you don't pay your Insurance Premium in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your payments are not kept up to date.
  • If you have any cookie blockers active in your browser that prevent the transaction to be tracked correctly.
  • If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer Cashback rates.
  • If you, or the insurer, cancel the policy before cashback is deposited in your account.
  • If your purchase is not fully completed online.
  • Cashback eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.
