I ordered a television on Comet's "Click & Collect" service via Topcashback. Not only has my cashback already registered (within a few days of the order), but I got a further discount with the Topcashback voucher when ordering. The staff at Comet were excellent; very polite & efficient. The television was even better than described - I am delighted with everything so far!

One tracked one did not and I am still waiting over 1 month later and a couple of nudges, can't say what the difference between the 2 transactions was.....

I originally left feedback that was positive as comet seemed to have tracked the cashback correctly. The money was then taken away and even though I immediately asked for an enquiry, nothing has happened and it seems they do not pay cashback at all. Would suggest you steer clear.

I will never buy anything from Comet again. Their delivery service is appalling, as is their customer service call centre. They just didn't care that my delivery was not made when they said it would be. A wasted day off work.
