Easy website to use. Ordered online and collected in store. Initially thought I'd have to keep transaction number/recepit to enter details when next on Topcashback but it did it automatically and was very prompt.

I ordered a new laptop by using click and collect. the item was tracked fairly quickly but later the cashback amount was changed to zero.
This was started in February but despite several nudges I have not received the payment. I don't think I will get it now.
A very poor result that has affected my opinion on both Comet and Top Cash Back. I'll be writing to Comet to let them know what I think of them.
