Reserved an item saturday afternoon to collect from store, was informed it would be available an hour later but went to collect it on the sunday. Despite being told the item would be ready the same day it was reserved, I had to wait almost an hour for someone to locate it in the store. What's the point of this if it's not ready when you get there?!?
