I had my doubts about this one after reading all the negative comments but I got my 40 quid in the end after nearly 6 months! So don't give up hope if you're still waiting. On a serious note this is the worst transaction I have had with Topcashback & I wouldn't be sorry to see the Co-op go.

It as a competitive quote, but with the cash back offer this made it very appealing. The transaction was credited to by cash back account quickly, and the relevant paperwork was received from the Co-op within a few days.

Tracked next day but that was September 09, will not be paid until end march 2010 this year, so is it really worth the wait. Needs Co-op to review this policy. I paid slightly more that a comparison website thus relying on cash back to be paid quicker that 7 months.

Terrible. Beware the home insurance automatically assumes you have an intruder alarm fitted without even asking you. You only get told and are able to change it once you click the buy online button.
Things get worse from there. Amex appears in the card type list but the system rejects all amex card numbers as invalid! If you try and pay by Visa or Mastercard you just get told "system error" and have yo go back to step 1 and re-enter your details only for the same thing to happen again. Been trying for a few days now.
Looks like it is all a ploy to get your business with a high cashback rate which they never have to pay because you are unable to complete the transaction online and have to phone them.
The Coop is full of adverts saying how ethical they are - what a shame that's not reflected in their marketing strategy. If they tried this in print or on TV they would have action taken against them but it seems they can do what they like online.

I'm surprised they don't include a number of backward flips to the list of terms and conditions!
The need to ensure genuine custom is understandable, but being so prescriptive about all the ways in which they wont pay you seems desperate. Especially the excellent customer service that is, "don't call us with any queries"; if you put your company name to an offer, please stop trying to wriggle from responsibilities when your customers are not happy.

Avoid these liars.
Got a lovely quote but when the direct debit started coming out it was far more than agreed.
Asked why and they said they never recieved my no claims paperwork from previous insurer so upped my price.
I have now sent them paperwork THREE times and yet they still won't lower my cost to original quote. They are liars.
I now have no option but to take legal action against these thieves.

Strangely - I have been unable to complete an on-line transaction with this company (cashback of £65 would make my policy £30 cheaper than elsewhere), so looks like I will have to stick with my current company.
