Poor, the only word for it. They initially sent out a gift pack for my Sisters birthday that had expired in July 2011... It took three weeks of emails (there is no contact phone number) to get them to eventually sort it out. Needless to say I doubt I will ever use them again.

Cashback looks unlikely to become payable due to the company going into administration, even though purchases were made long before.
Not a great on line retailer, had nothing but problems on the two orders I made.

I've never purchased from Clintons before but was disappointed that the cashback tracked at £0. I've been a member of TCB for some years and know how the process works and despite this the order did not track.

Ordered a mug and some other gift items in March and tracked until finally turning into £0.00 once payable, no comeback as it's 100 days old, so annoying when this happens and you have no way of lodging a claim!

Used this service to send a card to the USA despite trying to find the postage rate the normal uk postage appeared in my basket it was not until I had confirmed my card details that I found I had been charged £4 delivery making the card £6 !! (normal delivery for a card to the USA is around £1.09)
I immediately phoned customer service who apologised and said they would refund the money back to my card, no surprise I suppose but they never refunded me definitely will not be using again

Ordered a personalised card from Clintons via Top Cashback on the 7th of December 2011, all went fine, easy to navigate and use etc .. Only problem was that the "christmas" card arrived on the 28th of December!!!! I sent them an e-mail asking for their thoughts on the matter but am yet to receive a reply. Top Cashback are perfect but clintons let themselves down for me!!
