Finally declined cash back for malarone purchase, no mention on their site that malarone would be excluded from cashback so avoid and go to Lloyds pharmacy instead

Misleading, it does not mention that Cashback does not apply to prescription medication. Not good enough. Will NEVER use this merchant again.

They do not say in their T and C's that cashback is not payable on prescription medication. I should have earned around £5 on a large order of malaria medication but after purchase and reporting the missing case they emailed me to say the order was not eligible. The order was processed quickly and their communication was good, but I would definitely not order through top cashback again.
