Declined cashback! Bought 2x pairs, returned 1x pair, kept the other. Should have received £10+ cashback. Rather than change amount, they just declined it! To add insult to injury, the shoes went in the sale the next day and Clarks refused to deduct the difference.

Incorrectly tracked cashback, and 5 months after the purchase TCB have failed to secure the promised sum despite three query log / email contacts. The usual trail of non-accountability when things don't track as promised.

Tracked and then payment reduced to 0. Clarks refused to pay. To top it all off shoes were of poor quality. Will not use again

Tracked quickly, but did not pay out. Now, 15 months after my purchase, they have decided to decline cashback, claiming that 'another referrer has been credited'. I do not use any other cashback sites, but this highlights the importance of clearing cookies as apparently they can use even a Google search prior to purchase as a reason for declining cashback. I don't remember doing this - but it was a long time ago..If this was genuinely the reason why not state it at the time, instead of waiting 15 months to let me know. Not a positive experience.

I purchased some shoes on 24 oct 2012, and it did not track. I raised a claim, but TCB are still waiting for a response from Clarks. I will not be buying anything else from them.

Still waiting since August for confirmed cashback to go payable. Whenever you collect in store kids shoes I have to chase up the cashback. Waiting for two amounts now. Not impressed at all. Its a same because I like the products and spend alot on shoes in this store for my kids. I never had a problem with Kidstart website so will probably go back to that one for Clarks.

Be aware Clarks have refused to honour a cashback claiming it has been paid to another channel even though this is not true.

Most disappointed! Cashback did not register was then refused. I know this was wrong as I made three purchases via TCB , one after the other, with Clark's last. Other 2 registered. Clark's affiliate network "Affiliate Windows" allocated the cash baxk to someone else - AW are the worst network affiliate around. I have asked TCK to investigate as clearly the mistake is not at my end. From reading the posts here there appear to be a number of preblems recently with this network.

Ordered three items from 3 retailers at the same session - guess which one didn't track - yup it was Clarks. Wonder why as their affiliate network Affiliate Windows, is also supposed to be a key interface for topcashback. Strange.

Tracked quickly A++++++ payout takes a while but hey ho! I got paid for shopping through TCB and I love the free collect plus service also free delivery too.

As stated on TCB my 'collect at store' purchase would track at 20p and then be uplifted to the correct amount. However it didn't get uplifted and has gone to payable at just 20p.
