Good and bad here. Two Clarks transactions have failed to track recently, however after lodging missing claim, they have eventually tracked and the payout quickly follows.

Cashback on in-store delivery initially tracked at 70p, as indicated, but wasn't updated to the correct amount, as it should have been, until I chased it up. It got there in the end, though, and I'm more than happy with my new shoes.

GOOD FAST DELIVERY SERVICE. WANTED TO PURCHASE MORE BOOTS FROM THE MARY AT CLARKS RANGE, BUT THEY NO LONGER HAVE THEM ON THE WEB SITE. SO I WAS DISAPPOINTED BY THIS AS THE BOOTS WERE LOVELY AND COMFY AND ITS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FIND SHOES THAT FIT AND ARE COMFY

I took advantage of this while the Christmas sales were going on, so well worth the bargain! It was difficult to find a good pair of shoes in store due to lack of variety, so the website gave more of a selection in my price range, with free delivery too :o)

bought these for my husband as he is always, like me, going outside with his slippers on. These are hardwearing, quality slippers and should last ages. delivered quickly, have not checked for cashback yet so cant comment on speed of that

I seem to remember that it tracked and was confirmed pretty quickly, but it's now past the 'estimated payment' date and I still haven't received payment.
I'm confident that it'll happen eventually though...

Excellent service in terms of product, delivery and returns, however whilst I only returned part of my order, no cash back was paid at all. I would have thought that the % of the cashback relating to the shoes kept would have still been payable.

We have previously used Clark's online service and therefore were quite excited to find they participated in the Top Cashback scheme, however our order was placed in december 2010 and we are still waiting for payment 6 months later.
