Used to be great
I spend a fortune with this company and they have in the past always been reliable on tracking and paying cashback. Recently they’ve started declining transactions for no reason, and when taking it through customer service they just say ‘ other marketing channel’. I haven’t used coupon codes or anything else. I believe they’ve recently started a loyalty points thing which you can’t opt out of so I assume it’s that. Have two kittens now anyway so have substantially cut back on feeding the birds to avoid their becoming lunch themselves.
