Money taken from my account immediately received a letter 2 weeks later to say items out of stock. Had to wait to receive money back.

This retailer took my money for goods in October 2010, and the goods were not delivered. I emailed Chums in November and was promised a delivery after December 1st. No delivery! I emailed and asked for my money back and had no reply. I emailed again several days later and gave them 7 days to refund my credit card. No reply! I emailed again giving them another 7 days to refund my card befor I informed the OFT. Chums replied immediately asking for all details of the order. These were emailed back. One more email from Chums to me saying that a refund was being processed and would be with me 'shortly'. That email was dated 30th December 2010 - and no refund has been sent. This company has behaved extremely badly.

Shopped with Chums before (with a rival cashback site) I can't comment on this (Topcashback) site as yet, Up to now everything seems to be on track etc. As regards Chums I fully recommend them !

You do not get 12.12% cashback as offered. The item I bought was discounted to £16.99 and cashback was only £1.69. This is 10%.

I placed my order which tracked very quickly. However their customer service is rubbish. I had an email from the payment company about the order, but none directly from Chums. After two weeks I had heard nothing so I emailed them through their web site. I never heard anything, nothing, not a note! Absolutely rubbish, a company I will not use again!
