Quality of product and delivery time were 5 star but failed to honour cash back despite it tracking. No reason was given and request to amend this was declined with no reason given. Cannot therefore recommend them for customer service or cashback, very disappointing for a brand that boasts about it's customer service.

this cashback site said 10.1% cash back hence the price before VAT was £233.33 at 10.1% should of been £23.56 so why did i only get £11.78 hence very dissapointed
