Cashback simply not recorded
I made a purchase from Charles Clinkard through the Top Cashback website.
It didn't (and still doesn't) appear anywhere on my account.
I raised a claim and was advised that it will be around 90 days before Charles Clinkard review the issue.
So they need to review whether they should actually record my purchase!?
I don't mind waiting for the actual cashback, but the fact that my purchase is not recorded (not listed as pending) and it then takes ages to 'review' this basic issue is very poor.
I'm fairly new to using Top Cashback but so far, I have not experienced this problem with any other retailer.
Why do retailers bother signing up to the scheme if they're just going to ignore it (for some customers at least)?
