Recycled cartridges caused problems with my Dell 946 printer - it constantly flashes warnings on the printer and the computer screen that I am low on ink, when I am not.
Also, one cartridge was faulty and had to get a replacement. The other worked, but took quite a few tries to get it going. Would stick with Dell cartridges in future.
