	cashback declines Hey Topcashback, there seems to be a pattern of refusal with this vendor, I have had my claim refused with no reason provided despite purchasing directly from them.

	Doesn't Pay As with many other reviews (see also the Pay Monthly reviews), the retailer refused to pay, despite acknowledging that the click had come through TopCashback but saying that my "order was not found in the purchases TopCashback referred." I should have gone directly through the phone manufacturer's website where the cashback offer was only fractionally worse.

	Cashback refused It took 15 months to get a final answer where they refused the cashback with nothing more than just "The purchase made didn't meet the terms of the cashback offer." The cashback offer was just take out a sim-only contract which I did...

	Declined and no option to appeal I had 1 Cashback declined from a purchase in July, no reason and no way to appeal; No cashback found. Was your click more than 60 days ago or have you already lodged a claim for this purchase? Why do TopCahbsck continue to offer CPW another purchase in November which is stuck in pending, should only take 8 weeks, but has now been 10 and no way to get support.

	Cashback still not tracked after 5 months Bought a phone via topcashback for over £1900 which had £100 cashback via topcashback. After waiting 5 months ive still not had a response from carphone warehouse regarding my cashback claim. It looks like they offer cashback just to entice customers to buy from them then after taking you're money they dont give any cashback.

	Cashback declined even though the order was processed After months of waiting to receive cashback for a product I purchased from Carphone Warehouse that was listed on the Topcashback website and that I immediately purchased after following the correct link. My cashback request was declined by Carphone Warehouse. The main reason I even bought the product from Carphone Warehouse was because of the supposedly great cashback deal, but having it get declined for seemingly no valid reason has left me feeling incredibly annoyed. Do not trust them for their cashback deals.

	Carphone Warehouse Cashback Scam! Like others on here have already mentioned I too lost £35 in cashback, even though I followed through and did everything correctly. After months of waiting, this is what I got: "I'm sorry to see that we have not been successful in gaining cashback from the retailer for this transaction". Please do NOT factor in any possible cashback, as you will be extremely disappointed. Why do TCB allow unscrupulous companies to do this, you tell me?

	As per the Other Reviews, They Do Not Pay the Cashback Had to make a manual claim with TopCashback, 94 days later the claim was declined with TopCashback stating "We aren’t able to dispute this further as this is considered a solid decline. We’re sincerely sorry this isn’t a positive outcome for you on this occasion".

	scam Same problem as the user below except I was expecting £60 with the Pixel 7 deal. Had a feeling it was too good to be true. Clicked on the link from here, they both acknowledged I'd made the purchase. Now the decision is suspiciously final and they won't investigate further. Are top cashback also in on this scam? AVOID

	No cashback received - Carphone Warehouse declined Should have received £35.00 cashback from the purchase of a new phone. It didn't show on tracking so I raised a case with Topcashback. Was able to select the exact date and time the purchase was made so thought all would be fine and they would eventually pay out. Nope, appear to be a click bait scam, Carphone Warehouse refused the payout and Topcashback are unable to progress any further. Wouldn't use again, particularly as the item was the same price elsewhere.
