	Don’t bother The first time I booked it took 2 years to get my cash back, the second time it took 18 mths to only get a partial cash back and most recently they refused to pay anything at all for no good reason. All in all this company is one to avoid

	Still waiting 4 months later Received a partial pay out of about a third of the money due. Now been waiting 4 months for the rest. My chances I think are nil of seeing any more. Would book elsewhere next time.

	No cashback after 12 months We have waited over 12 months for the cash back, it has now been declined even though we followed all the correct links. I have activated a number of "Nudges" and eventually advised that cash back is not guaranteed. Its a bit of a shame as we have used Canadian Affair a number of times in the past. Maybe they need to be removed from Topcash Back if they are no longer paying out. We were about to book a Rocky Mountaneer rail holiday and Alaska Cruise in excess of £11,000 through them. We will look for an alternative now!

	Partial payment Booked club class flights to Toronto in April 2024, eventually received a partial payment of a third of the money due in March 2025. Now waiting for TCB to maybe get the rest but not holding out much hope going by other reviews. Do wonder why they are still on this site promising cashback.

	Don't waste your time Don't bother with this company. I have booked flights and car rental with them and they don't pay out. It has been over 2 years when I last rented a car with them and nothing. Looking at the other reviews seems to be a theme. We won't be using them again. We have family in Canada so go visit often, their loss.

	very slow in paying. After waiting 2 years for a payout, Top cash back kind I hired a car in Canada. The hire car was through Avis and went very smoothly

	I waited for over a year for my cash back from Canadian affair I received cashback from purchasing airline tickets in Nov 2022. I had to wait until i had been on holiday July 2023. TCB were very helpful in asking Canadian affair to send the money, nothing materialised. TCB kindly offered to settle by updating the payment and paying 50% as a good will gesture. Poor experience received from Canadian Affair having patiently waiting for such a long time, good support from TCB which I appreciate.

	Very Slow in Paying I booked a car hire for 3 weeks starting in June 2022. The transaction is still showing as pending. I booked a further car hire in November 2023 which has not tracked. I was very happy with the service but if they don't want to pay cashback why advertise it

	Avoid Had to chase this cashback many times, after almost a year TopCashback paid it to me as a gesture of goodwill which was very good of them. Canadian Affair should not be a choice on this site if they do not acknowledge and pay the cashback.
