	Claim not originally tracked, waiting on claim since May Ordered gift voucher in the middle of May, after going through Topcashback site. Cashback offer was not originally tracked, so submitted a claim. Buy a gift have not responded from the middle of May. Makes me dubious to order again in future if they aren't going to honor their offer.

	Gift experiences are good value, but my purchases were declined for cashback. Did not use any discount codes and have no idea why the cashback was declined!

	Love buy a gift but I have a whole lot of 'ineligible for cash back' purchases that seem to be logged on my Topcashback profile for some unknown reason. If it is clear that the purchase I am making is not eligible for any cash back I don't tend to access the site from here.

	tracks fast, and declines just as fast i have now had it twice where the have declined cashback for nearly £7. and total successful payments £0, yes good products yes air priced but cashback well at least for me was non existent.

	Both my husband and I have placed orders expecting cashback, and we used the £5 off £25 spend discount code endorsed by topcashback. The transaction tracks correctly and fast, but the following day becomes payable at £0 meaning they have declined it. I can only assume this is due to the discount code used as we have previously had no problem. Please be aware of this when placing orders.

	Very disappointed after reading all the reviews I went ahead & ordered a gift, but almost a week later no cashback tracked :( Gift still yet to arrive and the delivery schedule given suggested it would be here by today at the latest. I was buying the item anyway but really & I have used them before and but I am annoyed at the cashback not working. I dont know if its my account or not as this is the 3rd merchant not to give the cashback listed but others in the same time period have worked.

	dont buy if experience becomes unavailable and there is no alternative you cannot contact them by phone their website just sends you around in circles

	No cashback tracked plus hidden charges Very poor experience buying through Buyagift. I booked a two-part experience (day out plus hotel) as a package, but then had to separately book each part myself, which due to limited availability meant that the hotel had to be booked on a different day to the day out. To make matters worse the hotel charged an additional £30 fee because the Buyagift package didn't fully cover the day I ended up booking, despite the package claiming that it was valid all year round with no exclusion dates.
