“Super impressed with (the) speed of cashback becoming payable — other merchants could learn from these guys” is how one of our members described her experience with Buymobiles.net in a review they decided to leave. Other members have also clearly been pleased with the service provided by the mobile phone retailer, with comments left including “got a great deal on my new iPhone and quick cashback also” and “great service at great prices — and cashback paid on time”.

While it is true that some members have complained about their cashback being denied, having to put in a claim or having to wait a while for their cashback, plenty of others have been pleased with the process. Some of the comments left with regard to this include “Quick payout, always no issues”, “paid within two months — great” and “quick and easy — cashback confirmed quickly”.

	puchased on the 5th of March and now is the 1st of my and still my cashback has only been confirmed and not made payable so very disapointed wish I had purchased from a different firm

	Despite an initial problem with them sending the wrong phone things seemed to be okay as the purchase tracked tracked quiet quickly. However after 3 months it changed to 1p and BuyMobilePhones.Net have now declined my claim. Customer Service were helpful and the product was fine once received correctly but I wouldn't use again because of the cashback. I have used a rival company since who tracked and confirmed the claim within 1 hour!

	Before I get going I should say that I've bought from BMP before and had a great experience. Unfortunately this time it didn't go so well. After placing my first order, I received an email to say it had been cancelled "for security reasons". I was passed to and fro when I called for an explanation and finally told that they could only deliver to my billing address or a work address. I had actually requested delivery to my work address the first time round but nevertheless placed a second order online. Just to be sure I called immediately afterwards and was told the phone would be delivered to where I work. No such luck - Parcelforce attempted delivery the following morning at my home and surprise surprise, I wasn't there! When I rang to moan I was told I'd asked for the address to be changed after the parcel had already been despatched... so either they pick, label and send within a couple of minutes and then update the online order status a lot later, or perhaps it was a lie. I said I'd cancel the order and buy my phone elsewhere - then finally a very helpful man arranged for it to be redelivered to my work. Brilliant! One thing BMP might like to do is simply have delivery address and billing address fields... just a thought!

	Buymobilephones.net failed to deliver the advertised goods (free gifts with contract purchased) and refused to continue customer service interaction. Very much a sale and forget merchant who are quick to pass responsibility on to the network once they've earned their commission. Would definitely advise against purchasing with buymobilephones.net. Silver lining? Cashback tracked and was paid perfectly.

	Buy Mobile Phones failed to pay me my cashback after their pointless delay and without any reason given eventhough my purchase was tracked and I fulfilled all the terms, still on contract and everything as it should be from my side. So unfair!

	Terrible. Firstly this didn't track no big surprise there but I have now had a claim open for this since June 2012 and I still don't have my cashback. Be wary when using this company you may not get the cashback promised.

	Very happy with product (Samsung Galaxy S3). Got a great offer. Only fault is that it took 3 months to process cashback as it didn't track automatically, however I have now been paid it.

	Didn't automatically track so I submitted a manual claim a couple of months ago. Still waiting, although it did show that I had 'visited' the site at the time of purchase. Hopefully it will be added to my account, but I'm not counting on it.

	I found Buymobilephones no problems for the actual side of sorting the contract out and sending me my phone out but so far over months of waiting the cashback is non existent. I got a new contract over 4 month ago yet still have not even received there approval of it on my cashback here, it shows a transaction but no amount so i raised a ticket and they've failed to respond too it.. Topcashback would be as well removing them if there not willing too pay up too customers. I understand that some merchants take a while too pay but im not even getting confirmation of £30 due yet its been 4 months now.

	Didn't get my cashback after waiting few months and then opened Topcashback claim, Topcashback said is contacting them and me to wait the outcome but never updated the status only when I raised the issue again after several months probably Topcashback forgot or something, Buy Mobile Phones didn't want to pay with no reason given as told by Topcashback I blame here also Topcashback as they failed me.

	I have had 2 phones from them. Both have caused me big issues with getting the cashback. One had taken over 6 months and I still have one payment outstanding, 6 months later. Like buymobiles for buying a new mobile, but they don't like paying the cashback.

	Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note which arrived very quickly and tracked soon after.Cashback became payable today 10 days later than expected. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

	Have dealt with Buymobilephones in the past and all has been well. This time I purchased a contract phone expecting £30 cashback, there was no requirement to be a new customer. I have now been waiting eight months for a resolution to my enquiry. The only response so far has been "not yet been able to reach a conclusive outcome". I'm therefore not likely to choose Buymobilephones again.

	Tracked straight away at 1p and shortly another tracking at the full cashback rate appeared. They didn't quite manage next day delivery but arrived Saturday morning anyway

	Phone bought in March now end of May 2012 and cashback still not tracked. Missing claim posted but not hopeful, if cashback does not track I will not use this seller again.

	Phone fine. Service absolutely terrible! Still no cash back and poor excuses. Very angry. Top Cash Back and Buy Mobile Phones took 15 months (yes 15 months!) to tell me that some other website tracked the referral and that it could not be paid despite clear proof that I clicked through from TCB to BMP.net going through cashback claim process... Oh and they are not allowed to tell me which website has claimed my money. Pah. This despite the fact that I clear cookies and temporary files before every transaction, and I even stated the time and date I clicked through. And still not even a goodwill gesture from BMP or TopCashBack FOR MAKING ME WAIT OVER A YEAR! VERY POOR SERVICE ALL ROUND. I'D VIDEO ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THESE PEOPLE AS I DONT TRUST EITHER PARTY ANY MORE.

	Took out a new 24 month contract for a blackberry in December 2011 and expected £30 cashback. Still waiting (March 2012...!) for the cashback, despite putting in missing claim prompt and despite Top Cashback chasing retailer. Very diappointing retailer

	Ordered HTC Desire with best price from this dealer and it arrived immediately but after 7 months and nudges and chases there is still no sign of the £30 cashback. In this respect, I believe the company to be a fraud and judging by the sheer number of others who have not been paid out should be removed from TopCashBack's promotions!!

	Cashback was not tracked initially. A 'Missing Claim' was submitted in a month after purchase; response came back with 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale', which is completely untrue. Requested evidence via TBC from Buymobilephones, was informed that no further information will be passed on to TBC or me. Avoid this merchant for any cashback!!!
