“Super impressed with (the) speed of cashback becoming payable — other merchants could learn from these guys” is how one of our members described her experience with Buymobiles.net in a review they decided to leave. Other members have also clearly been pleased with the service provided by the mobile phone retailer, with comments left including “got a great deal on my new iPhone and quick cashback also” and “great service at great prices — and cashback paid on time”.

While it is true that some members have complained about their cashback being denied, having to put in a claim or having to wait a while for their cashback, plenty of others have been pleased with the process. Some of the comments left with regard to this include “Quick payout, always no issues”, “paid within two months — great” and “quick and easy — cashback confirmed quickly”.

	Linked via topcashback, it TRACKED as usual, amount showed on my account then BUYMOBILES decided i had gone through another tracking site and refused to pay out. I did not use another tracking site or cashback site. Its just a really easy way for companies like BuyMobiles to get out of paying the cashback "they used another site, but we cannot tell you which one for date protection purposes"... Phone arrived fine. But has been an absolute nightmare getting the direct debit working properly. WILL NOT USE AGAIN. A little disappointed in TopCashBack too for this problem with lying companies too.

	Poor experience with the merchant. Failed to honour advertised and bought deal and even refused a straight refund. Very negative interaction with customer services. Cashback wasn't paid and didn't track. Fortunately Top Cashback was excellent at recovering at least this element of what was a horrible transaction.

	I took a mobile phone contract through Buy Mobile Phones 10 months ago; the order tracked and progressed to confirmed but payment has not been forthcoming. Avoid this merchant.

	Despite an initial problem with them sending the wrong phone things seemed to be okay as the purchase tracked tracked quiet quickly. However after 3 months it changed to 1p and BuyMobilePhones.Net have now declined my claim. Customer Service were helpful and the product was fine once received correctly but I wouldn't use again because of the cashback. I have used a rival company since who tracked and confirmed the claim within 1 hour!

	Buymobilephones.net failed to deliver the advertised goods (free gifts with contract purchased) and refused to continue customer service interaction. Very much a sale and forget merchant who are quick to pass responsibility on to the network once they've earned their commission. Would definitely advise against purchasing with buymobilephones.net. Silver lining? Cashback tracked and was paid perfectly.

	Terrible. Firstly this didn't track no big surprise there but I have now had a claim open for this since June 2012 and I still don't have my cashback. Be wary when using this company you may not get the cashback promised.

	I have had 2 phones from them. Both have caused me big issues with getting the cashback. One had taken over 6 months and I still have one payment outstanding, 6 months later. Like buymobiles for buying a new mobile, but they don't like paying the cashback.

	Phone bought in March now end of May 2012 and cashback still not tracked. Missing claim posted but not hopeful, if cashback does not track I will not use this seller again.

	Ordered HTC Desire with best price from this dealer and it arrived immediately but after 7 months and nudges and chases there is still no sign of the £30 cashback. In this respect, I believe the company to be a fraud and judging by the sheer number of others who have not been paid out should be removed from TopCashBack's promotions!!

	Cashback was not tracked initially. A 'Missing Claim' was submitted in a month after purchase; response came back with 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale', which is completely untrue. Requested evidence via TBC from Buymobilephones, was informed that no further information will be passed on to TBC or me. Avoid this merchant for any cashback!!!

	nearly 3 weeks , I am still waiting for the flipping IPad, they are marketing everywhere saying free Ipad2 but when u order it , they say they are awaiting delivery. Not happy.

	Absolute rubbish. Bought my phone on June 19th, after 6 months it still hadn't tracked, and I've just been informed that my claim has been rejected with no reason given. Will never use again for cashback.

	Phone originally bought in December, but only tracked as 1p. After submitting claim and nudge to TCB, apparently buymobilephones are refusing to pay any cashback on my claim No reasoning given as of yet

	Very unhappy with this merchant. The phone deal I got was good but the cashback experience was appalling. I got the phone contract last June. It didn't track so I submitted an enquiry at the earliest opportunity. Nearly 10 months on, I have heard from Top CashBack today that 'Buy Mobile Phones' have declined my cashback claim. They have given no reason for declining it. Unacceptable delays in resolving the issue and not giving a justification for their actions is poor considering it is a genuine transaction that simply did not track. I have asked for their reasons for declining the transaction and no doubt it'll be another few months before I get a reply. Avoid.

I don't understand why they are still allowed to advertise on the site when they obviously don't honour any of their promises ...

	I have been using this merchant for the past 12 months although I didnt go through tcb.It has been brilliant.I got 10 months line rental free by redemption and have had no problems.I submit the required bills at the appropriate time and my cash is paid straight into the bank every time.I now need another phone and will use them again,this time through tcb.No worries.All the other companies seem to have terrible feedback.

	Ordered blackberry mobilephone on contract with orange on sunday arrived on the wedensday, cheapest contract, everything went smoothly, site easy to navigate , showed cashback as one penny but has since upgraded as £30. Can't fault this site :)

	Cashback has tracked, but doubt it will ever be paid! Seems like I'm powerless to do anything about it either. Maybe one in the future this will be paid but looks like I'm just one of many still waiting.

	I expected £30 cashback from this company as I took out a new 2 year contract. However, it only tracked at £5 so I put in a claim nearly six months ago now but nothing has been done yet, despite several 'nudges'.

	Took out a contract in Feb and the site didn't track it. Thats fair enough but it has taken up until now with repeated attempts to find out that I am not going to get my cash back. It is annoying to say the least that their simple answer 'exsisting customer' is the most explaination you get. So beware !!
