“Super impressed with (the) speed of cashback becoming payable — other merchants could learn from these guys” is how one of our members described her experience with Buymobiles.net in a review they decided to leave. Other members have also clearly been pleased with the service provided by the mobile phone retailer, with comments left including “got a great deal on my new iPhone and quick cashback also” and “great service at great prices — and cashback paid on time”.

While it is true that some members have complained about their cashback being denied, having to put in a claim or having to wait a while for their cashback, plenty of others have been pleased with the process. Some of the comments left with regard to this include “Quick payout, always no issues”, “paid within two months — great” and “quick and easy — cashback confirmed quickly”.

	Tracked at 1p within hours and was raised to £30 after 7 days. (Presumably after the 7 day cooling off period). Confirmed shortly after and became payable in just short of 3 months. Also payed a £30 cashback deal as part of the phone package on time (90 days). Merchant also sorted a problem with my contract within the hour via email. Would recommend.

	Wasn't entirely happy with my Top Cashback experience with buymobiles.net. I had to lodge a missing claim after my new phone contract purchase, despite following all of the steps methodically from Top Cashback. It took months for my claim to be rectified but eventually I did get the £30 I was owed in my Top Cashback account.

	Make sure you get the best deal through buy mobiles and don't expect your cashback. Have just bought my second mobile through them but only because it was the best deal. Original deal tracked but was declined after a few weeks.

	everything was going so well. cashback had been tracked and pending. after waiting over 2 months they pulled the cashback. it was the only reason why I went with this company in the first place. happy with phone, not with service or cashback

	Didn't automatically track so I submitted a manual claim a couple of months ago. Still waiting, although it did show that I had 'visited' the site at the time of purchase. Hopefully it will be added to my account, but I'm not counting on it.

	I found Buymobilephones no problems for the actual side of sorting the contract out and sending me my phone out but so far over months of waiting the cashback is non existent. I got a new contract over 4 month ago yet still have not even received there approval of it on my cashback here, it shows a transaction but no amount so i raised a ticket and they've failed to respond too it.. Topcashback would be as well removing them if there not willing too pay up too customers. I understand that some merchants take a while too pay but im not even getting confirmation of £30 due yet its been 4 months now.

	Have dealt with Buymobilephones in the past and all has been well. This time I purchased a contract phone expecting £30 cashback, there was no requirement to be a new customer. I have now been waiting eight months for a resolution to my enquiry. The only response so far has been "not yet been able to reach a conclusive outcome". I'm therefore not likely to choose Buymobilephones again.

	Topcashback didn't track my order, I submitted a missed purchased with them in Oct 31 2011, still nothing, will not buy from this supplier again, feel robbed :'(

	I've purchased two contracts with them on two separate occasions and they denied the cashback in both instances. Definitely won't recommend.

	Bought phone back in January 2011. Cashback not received yet. Millions of reminders. Still nothing. Bought one more phone in May 2011- no cashback again. Sent lots of nudges. Nothing. Rubbish. Void.

	Awaiting £30.30 cashback, although tcb think its only £30. Been waiting 1 month (chased 2 weeks ago, "awaiting for response from retailer").

	I have never had a problem with getting phones from this company and customer service has always been helpful but cashback still hasnt been tracked and claim seems to be getting no where, so i you want a phone then go for it but dont do it for the cashback as you will probably never recieve it, watch this space

	Took out a contract in may and it tracked at £30 and its just been payed out, so 4 months from tracking to paying out. So i would recommend this retailer, but others seem to be hit and miss.

	My order tracked ok but payment arrived 1 month later than expected date yet it did arrive so can't complain too much :-) As for order itself on my phone contract i received handset ok and got much better deal than networks offered at the time so good experince overall id use them again.
