“Super impressed with (the) speed of cashback becoming payable — other merchants could learn from these guys” is how one of our members described her experience with Buymobiles.net in a review they decided to leave. Other members have also clearly been pleased with the service provided by the mobile phone retailer, with comments left including “got a great deal on my new iPhone and quick cashback also” and “great service at great prices — and cashback paid on time”.

While it is true that some members have complained about their cashback being denied, having to put in a claim or having to wait a while for their cashback, plenty of others have been pleased with the process. Some of the comments left with regard to this include “Quick payout, always no issues”, “paid within two months — great” and “quick and easy — cashback confirmed quickly”.

	Although cannot fault BuyMobiles.net for the quality and service provided over many years and multiple contracts taken out - have to be honest and disappointing at the same time for REFUSED £40 cashback on new contract 25 Jun 2015.

	Got contract and phone through this merchant with £42 cashback in Dec 2013. Tracked straight away but took a while to become payable - April 2014. No problems (so can't really rate customer service). Satisfied.

	Ordered a Samsung S3 on a Friday morning and arrived on the Saturday. Cashback did not show at first but claimed after 2 weeks and soon tracked and became confirmed. Cashback now payable just over a month after purchase.

	Before I get going I should say that I've bought from BMP before and had a great experience. Unfortunately this time it didn't go so well. After placing my first order, I received an email to say it had been cancelled "for security reasons". I was passed to and fro when I called for an explanation and finally told that they could only deliver to my billing address or a work address. I had actually requested delivery to my work address the first time round but nevertheless placed a second order online. Just to be sure I called immediately afterwards and was told the phone would be delivered to where I work. No such luck - Parcelforce attempted delivery the following morning at my home and surprise surprise, I wasn't there! When I rang to moan I was told I'd asked for the address to be changed after the parcel had already been despatched... so either they pick, label and send within a couple of minutes and then update the online order status a lot later, or perhaps it was a lie. I said I'd cancel the order and buy my phone elsewhere - then finally a very helpful man arranged for it to be redelivered to my work. Brilliant! One thing BMP might like to do is simply have delivery address and billing address fields... just a thought!

	Very happy with product (Samsung Galaxy S3). Got a great offer. Only fault is that it took 3 months to process cashback as it didn't track automatically, however I have now been paid it.

	Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note which arrived very quickly and tracked soon after.Cashback became payable today 10 days later than expected. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

	Tracked straight away at 1p and shortly another tracking at the full cashback rate appeared. They didn't quite manage next day delivery but arrived Saturday morning anyway

	Was put off by some of the reviews and worried my cashback wouldn't be tracked. However I had no need to worry. Once my contract was confirmed my cashback changed from 1p to £30. Would use again.

	When I bought my first phone from them I thought the deal was too good to be true but 18 months on I have just got another one and also recommended my partner for a new Android phone. They are extremely efficient and the cashback tracked almost immediately. I will be recommending them to all my friends.
