	cashback went on my account quickly only to be declined 4 wks later so now in dispute 6 mths later still waiting, i went straight through butlins via this site , no idea why this has happened, ive been with this site about 8 yrs and this last 6 mths ive had loads of problems with cashback not going on or going on and getting removed, and i clear cookies regular, rarely use discount vouchers, so im puzzled by this !!

	Tracked quickly,confirmed,then never paid,says average up to 16 weeks,however you can not dispute after 100 days which is less than 16 weeks,disappointing

	Disgusted with Butlins, I enjoy Butlins breaks and go frequently so when i saw a deal on here i thought it was great, cleared all cookies and started afresh on a clean system and it has taken 5 months for them to lie to me and say i used a different referrer. Great holiday but be warned you may not get the cashback you deserve

	Be careful! I compared the final price with the usual discounts on the website and noticed that prices through the TopCashback link were more expensive! I ended up booking using a £25 off voucher from a voucher code site instead as it worked out cheaper.

	Booked a holiday in January. It didn't track so I lodged a claim. After months waiting I get told that it has been refused. Its the last time I buy a gold star deal for school holidays with these. I'll be going abroad next year

	We go to Butlins 5 or 6 times a year. Cashback always tracks, and is always paid. I always make the actual booking through another computer, so as not to get any conflicts with cookies from prior browsing. Also, if you enter a promotional code, you may not be eligible for cashback, which is why some people experience declined cashback. In all, I have been to Butlins over 30 times, and have always received the cashback promised, by being extra careful and following the rules.

	Booked my Butlins holiday via TCB but this failed to track. After submitting an enquiry, my expected cashback is now showing on my account (after about five months) but has not yet been paid which is a bit disappointing.
