Burton have always been able to help when it comes to clothes purchases, as I am a XXL jacket size. They hooked me up with a jacket where nobody else would or could, and without having to do a credit check (*cough* Jacamo *cough*).

Purchased on December 12, 2012 and on 23 March it's still marked as pending. Won't bother next time I will use another site for cashback or nectar instead.

took months to track months to confirm then my cashback was denied! have no clue why they say they do not except cashback queries so why bother giving cashback.very unhappy with burton will not order from them again.

Why is discount limited just to NUS students? My son has a 3 year apprenticeship/placement, needs a whole new wardrobe, but has no income. If Burton can offer this to Uni students, why can't it be offered to all under 21's in full time education?

I placed an order on 17th May, the items arrived very quickly and the transaction tracked the next day.
The amount has been confirmed, but is yet to be paid. The guidelines state average payout is 14 weeks, yet the actual transaction predicted 30th Jun, neither advice is true. Not holding my breath on this one.

Made purchase in April, tracked almost immediately - still not paid in late August!! Not good enough, Burton - either pay up, or withdraw from offering Cashback. Fed up of companies that make false cashback promises.
