	Used multiple times to get cashback. Since 2014 I have only had 1 recent incident which was quickly rectified. They are reliable and pay in a timely manner.

	I've been using them for a couple of years now and they're normally pretty fast. One item got lost in the post but the replacement was received within the week the first on was expected. If anyone wants to save £5 on their first £15 my referral discount code is LA26942.

	Procuct great but rellt annoying to have had each claim declined despite using correct voucher codes. Do not rely on cash back to price these goods.

	The merchant offer good quality products BUT their cashback is a sham. Mine was genuine purchases which tracked and nothing was wrong with it. The simply rejected 4 of my cashbacks due on my purchases. Shame that a retailer of this quality engage in this sham. Shame on you Bulkpowders.

	Placed 1st order through TCB. Guaranteed next day delivery took 2 days. Cashback declined before I had even received the order!

	They are terrible with issuing refunds which can take up to a month.

	Voucher codes work (you can also get these from the Bulkpowders website too) and the cashback tracks shortly afterwards. However, it's declined about two days later for no reason. I then raise a manual claim, where it sits for 6 months before BulkPowders eventually decide to NOT honour it. Happened 8 times now. Will now shop elsewhere.

	I buy quite often from these guys. The cashback always tracks really quickly , but always gets declined .

	Worst on here second only to Game. Only ever had 1 transaction be accepted, the rest have been declined! I made sure I used the correct option for voucher code cashback and even made orders without vouchers. No luck!

	V disappointed - ive been a loyal customer for a long time and have had about 7 of my last transactions declined which is very frustrating. Whilst ive been using a vouchercode I would have expected the CB to merely be at the lower level of 3.15% (as per the website) rather than the usual rate of 5% when no voucher used rather than being outright declined. Sadly have lost faith in this retailer and will be looking at different options

	If I can I will order stuff via this site i.e for cash back - bulkpowders rescinded my claim as 'ordered via another channel'. So to save themselves £8.50 they lose any further custom from me. I honestly wouldn't order from most companies unless the cash back, I assume I would receive would benefit me.
