Terrible. Signed up for a £98/month debit on a 2y contract and didn't get any cashback at all. Their online form didn't work as they couldn't find my address in their database (I live in Edinburgh). I had to phone them to complete the transaction, which invalidated the cashback.

Changed to British Gas in May, there was no problem with the tracking but British Gas declined the cashback for no reason. I've raised a claim, so hopefully Topcashback can sort this, but its been two months since the claim went in and there's still no response from British Gas. At the moment my advice would be not to rely on British Gas honouring the cashback.
