Difficult to get cashback from BA
I purchased air tickets on BA website 5 months before my trip thru TopCashBack, but topcashback failed to track my itinerary after I've finished my trip, I need to contact Topcashback to resolve my problem

Tracked but declined
If you trust BA's IT then you're sure to be disappointed. I travel BA regularly and had 4 claims in October. all tracked and all declined. Waste of time.

Cashback declined despite booking
Bought a ticket and cashback was declined by retailer around 4 months after I had taken my flight. I wouldn't bother with booking through them if the cashback is a deciding factor.

Low & slow payout
After booking a BA holiday for over £5.5k we got less than 1% Cashback, we booked in January 2023 and had to wait until after our holiday in August even though we paid the balance in June?

Unclear why they decline - very often / most of the time. Obviously also an airline with a terrible customer service , so not worth trying to discuss with them.

Cashback not as quick as the flights!
Applied for the cashback via Top cashback website and the tracking was on point! However it took over four months after we'd taken our flights for B.A to pay the cashback to Top cashback! the whole process took almost a year!!

Like others have reported, I book either flights or holidays with them almost once a month and none track. The manual process takes over 6 months. Massive shame as it worked so well, probably an issue since post pandemic

Too many of the transactions get declined
In my experience only about 20% of my bookings have resulted in actual cashback. The other 80% get declined but there is no way to find out why. I make the same journey every month and book in the same manner so there appears to be no rhyme nor reason to it.
