	Cashback Declined Booked three flights. First was booked on 3 July 2024. The other two were both booked on 11 July 2024. Cashback for all of them have been declined, though the fisrt flight booked departed the UK on 10 September 2024. Obviously with the cost of these flights, they are definitely genuine sales so no reason for cashback to be declined.

	Legitimate Cashback rejected twice. I've had 1 short haul and 1 long haul flight rejected this year. Each time there is no explanation. My appeals have gone Into thin air. So if you are thinking of flying specifically with British airways because of its cash back potential then be warned that there is a good chance it might not go through.

	Rarely pay out I use BA for work and personal flights and they rarely pay out and when they do its because you have pursued it. They make cashback offers but don't like keeping their side of the deal. Don't choose BA because of the cashback.

	6 months later...........nothing Paid for my holiday six months ago, cashback is still 'pending'. Getting to the point where I can't be bothered with these cashback sites any longer, seems a better idea to obtain a discount at the point of purchase rather than wait on 'merchants' to cough up what they're supposed to.

	now always decline my cashback May be it is because I have an account with BA and so they don't want to offer it to someone who is not a new customer ? It is only a measly 1% anyway. Will via another website from now.

	Rejected and Appealed every time - still not all honoured Rejected by BA every time for a variety of excuses. Had to appeal every claim, which eventually some (not all) paid out after many months of haggling (&proof!) Also had issues where BA prices are not honured via the TCB web referal link, which are on BA.com. TIP: Take screen shots of ALL the TCB referal pages as your booking progresses. BA are a complete hassle.

	Claim was underpaid - still chasing full amount Right from the start the claim tracked too low and was reported to TopCashback at that point. BA have effectively only paid a short haul cashback claim when the travel was long haul and should have been a much higher rate. Disappointed this all takes so long to chase and I am the one that has to do it.. It was clear from the start that the cashback was too low. Still waiting on an answer from TopCashback and BA. It takes far too long to sort these issues out.

	1% on flights only is ridiculous. If you are gong to offer a discount - offer a decent discount - like 10% and not 1%.

	Members and TCB take note - cash back consistently being declined Have had multiple cash back transactions denied. Am a seasoned TCB user and cannot understand why/how cash back is being declined. Avoid, in my view.

	Never tracks, but claims usually accepted I've made about 10 purchases from BA over the past year, and I don't think a single one of them has tracked automatically. However, if I remember to file a claim then they do usually come through eventually.

	Reject almost all flight claims They only seem to authorise my BA holidays, they reject the cashback for any business flights I make.
