	Dreadful experience Booked September 2024 cashback finally declined at end of January and it was a significant sum. Took the problem up with Topcashback and they sorted it out very promptly. Looks like I'm not the only one with the same problem judging by the comments already here. Shameful on BA's part.

	Paid in the end! Had to chase long overdue payments well beyond stated 12 weeks after travel. Frustrating when spending £25k with them in 2 years!

	Very slow payment of cashback It took 18 months , spent on BA ticket in June 2024 and got the cashback in Jan2026.

	Will only payout if you chase! So slow at paying out. Often the cashback doesn't track or comes as £0, forcing me to keep chasing. Not worth the hassle or time, other airlines like Emirates are much better.

	Very slow The payout took over a year to come through from the point of booking and 4 months from the date of the flights.

	Unpleasantly long wait The overall cashback experience with British Airways was long and confusing as it took over a year to get a fiver back from a purchase of over £500. There was no follow up in between, just a forever pending status...Will avoid in the future and choose a different airline.

	Original transaction declined My original claim was declined, but on resubmission with additional info BA paid out as expected. Therefore payment was slower than anticipated.

	BA is an arrogant company with terrible customer services! Having provided all the BA information for my holiday purchase, BA rejected my due cash back claim! Thanks to Top Cash Back’s excellent customer services, I finally received my due cash back! BA is an absolute terrible ‘joke’ when it comes to customers services! The worst part is BA just does not care a damn! I would try and avoid BA unless it was the ‘best’ option amongst other rubbish companies!

	Absolute swizz - NEVER tracks even when it says it has My purchase clearly tracked and there was a pop up on my screen to say it had. Almost £8000 trip booked - should be nearly £80 cashback. No sign on my TopCashback account. Support ticket put ‘on ice’. Won’t bother with BA again and probably will ditch top cashback as this is happening every other purchase now. Didn’t get cashback on THREE insurance policies last year either.

	Appalling Rejection Rate - Do Not Use I am a loyal BA flyer for business and book 30+ flights a year with them - they almost always reject/decline legitimate bookings via this site. Please remove them from Topcashback as they don't deserve to be listed. If you want rewards for flights with BA then I suggest you book via Expedia who have a 100% payout rate.
