ordered few gifts for Christmas on 2nd November, got e-mail telling the order been despached on the 4th and would arrive to my store on the 6th; nothing arrived and on the 11th had to contact Boots.com. On the 12th got voice mail telling that my order been cancelled, money will be refunded and points removed and not a single word of sorry.

I was glad that I could pick up my order in-store; however, when I went to pick it up, Iwas unable to as the shop assistant with the key was away. I had to make a return trip, which was a bit inconvenient. I do like the ease of the online experience and will definitely use it again.
