Will not order from this merchant again. Ordered over sixty pounds worth of goods. Had to return one pair of jeans because they didn't fit so they cancelled all my cashback! Not happy!

BEWARE!!! I would not recommend this company - the website has very poor descriptions and in my opinion goods are of poor quality. If you want to return an item you have to pay postage to return it! Cashback didn't track and despite submitting missing cashback claim and several nudges still not even showing as pending 4 months later!

Bought 2 dresses. One was ok, the other had a large bit not hemmed. Returned that item and received a full refund, however boohoo took back ALL the cashback. Very very poor tacticks boohoo.

Very poor customer service. Took 5 days to dispatch my items and then the 2-3 days delivery time. If I had known that i would of selected NEXT DAY delivery. Due to the time delay sent items back 2 weeks later still waiting for refund. A shame as products on website really good.

Tracks quickly but BEWARE if you return ANYTHING then the whole of your cashback is cancelled. Doesn't matter what you ending up spending with them, cashback = 0. They don't tell you that of course!

Very bad customer servive, no contact details, no phone number to contact them on, no clear detail for us to see how and when we get the money back on faulty products!!!! NOT TO MENTION ON THE CHEAT AND POOR QUALITY OF THE GARMENTS! (made in third world) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RETAILER AND IF YOU DO, DON'T EXPECT ANY MONEY BACK IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE CLOTHS.
