Cashback has not been paid despite raising an enquiry and nudging twice. Probably initially due to sending something back so amounts did not match. Very poor if that is the case.

The quality of the clothes is very good. However just hope everything is ok with your ordrer because the aftersales service is apalling. They have no phone service so everything is thru their returns service, which to be polite is bloomin useless. I had no end of hassle returning 1 small item which was damaged in the post. It really is a shame because the clothes are great, but I will not be buying ANYTHING from them again.

Products are cheap but not good quality. Their customer service is APPALLING - they'd confirmed receipt of returned faulty item and then took over 4 weeks to refund me. Had to threaten to take them to Trading Standards/Consumer Rights before I got any response. Cashback tracks quickly enough but less 20% VAT and less P&P (even if P&P was free they still take £3.99 off!). Boohoo don't pay out on cashback though - tracks and confirms but have been waiting since December 2010 for a payment!

I still have invoices dated Jan 2010 and topcash have not followed through with the cashback owed to me from Boohoo, instead you have closed the three enquiries made! I am very disappointed.

Beware! I had to return all of the items in my order due to sizing issues, and as a result, they have paid no cashback. Not the same experience I have had with other retailers where I have had to return items, who have paid the cashback regardless. Disppointing, as my reasons for return were genuine. Additionally, they have still not refunded my purchase.

Put in a cashback claim because my cashback claim was rejected after tracking which was also at the wrong rate because I was a new customer. No reason given because there was no reason to reject my claim.

Tracked then declined so would never use this retailer again. I think it is very bad service to decline and give no reason for this. I suspect they are like some other merchants that use Topcashback to get sales and hardly ever pay cash back out. Also some reviews may say tracked but not many reviews say they got the money so be warned you may not get your cashback in the end. What is more stupid it was only £1.24 so how Boohoo to them they lost a customer for so little money

Boohoo refused to make a full refund for clothes and earrings that were not as described in discription (i.e. wrong sizing guidelines and cheap matterial). They refunded 17 £ instead of 26.99£ without any explanation. Also, they asked me to send a post office receipt that item was returned and I did this, but they still did not made full refund. I kept emailing them for more than a month and they kept telling stupid excuses. Also, they do not have a telephone and the only way to contact them is via email or post. It takes ages for them to reply and they keep sending the same apologising letter but still does not fix anything. customer service is terrible and annoing! Avoid them they are selling cheap products and do not give refunds! this is my worst shopping experince ever!

Bought from this merchant well over a year ago and transaction did not track. I raised a query with TCB and heard nothing for a year. Raised a reminder and the merchant replied to TCB that they could not trace my order even though I had received the goods and supplied a valid ordernumber, date etc. I have not shopped with them since the original order and they have done themselves out of hundreds of pounds of business as I have gone on to other sites (and had no trouble).

Tracked cashback, then changed to £0 without any explanation. Topcashback contacted them, but they give no reason for cancelling cashback. Items were purchased as per the cashback instructions, so I see no reason whay this was cancelled.
