First and last purchase from this company. Poor quality goods and terrible customer service when trying to refund items - denied receiving one of two items returned for refund.
Would not use or recommend them. Only good thing was the cashback!

Total rip off. Half the order had to be sent back as the clothes smelt stale and had signs of being worn. Cash back earnings not paid on items bought. Overall shoddy service, shoddy goods

Cashback tracked immediately.
Unfortuntely this merchants products are of very poor quality. 2 of my items were faulty and the other was clearly massive and still of poor flimsy material. I returned all my items and also told Boohoo that i was cancelling my contract within the cooling off period. I got my refund a month later but minus the £4 postage (which should have been refunded)....away to chase this through paypal now as they are not replying to my emails! Returns policy mega complicated...thank god im not thick!
Avoid this retailer, spend a little more and get decent quality elsewhere!

If you are looking for cashback from this merchant forget it. Twice now they have failed to recognise my purchase. Topcashback continue to let them use their site even though they very rarely pay up. I will never use them again.

I made a purchase in March and have still not recieved the cashback. I have sent several nudges on my claim and have yet to hear back. I'm not sure I would buy from this store again if they are not going to pay out on cashback!

Still waiting 10 months after purchase for cashback on two seperate transactions. They said they could not trace my purchase even though I supplied relevent order numbers. Judging by others comments this is a regular occurence. Topcashback still allow them to use their website though.

Iv'e just brought £60 worth of goods, dresses, tops etc from BOOHOO using topcashback to get some cash back and although it says %8 cashback i haven't received 1 penny and I brought these months ago.
Boohoo is also new to me and seemed slightly complicated when you return goods, freepost is good, however the cancellation of contracts in certain time limits etc.. is very complicated! I received everything fine, yet the quality of my clothing was not good at all from boohoo so half of it I sent back.
Anyhow, I'm not going to be using boohoo on topcashback or ever again.
Maybe, I am a one off customer that topcashback transactions simply couldn't be bothered with. Oh dear... :)

Be careful with this lot. They havent paid up on the last 2 transactions. Topcashback shouldnt let them get away with it. If Boohoo are going to use this site then pay up.

I've purchased from this website TWICE and did not receive any cashback on both occasions. The quality of the clothes is poor but I guess with the price you pay can't expect too much. Highly unlikely to buy from this website again. Disappointed.

DO NOT TRUST THAT YOU WILL GET THE STATED AMOUNT OF CASHBACK - after submitting an incorrect earnings, I've found out that Boohoo don't include the amount you've spent on VAT in your purchase amount. This means, after spending £60 on clothes, they have tracked my purchase amount as a whole £10 less (£50). Not impressed!! ***Please amend the cashback description, Top Cashback!***

I used to buy from Boohoo for my teenage daughter. My last transaction with them was a week ago. The dress arrived later than expected, and for the price, the quality was very poor. Any item that has to be returned the customer has to pay postage on. Not a good deal at all.
The quality and range of products has certainly deteriorated in the last year. I definitely won't be buying from this retailer again.
Don't be fooled by the discounts on offer, the products aren't worth it, better off buying from the popular high street stores.

my first order was meant to be next day delivery, but did not receive it till gone 16.00 on the second day. i had contacted them, and said that the driver could not find the address, which in this day and age with sat nav, and mobile directions. a poor excuse.
