Please don’T listen to the moaners, i’Ve earned nearly £3,000 in 4 years using TopCashback. I find the biggest payouts are for financial services and utilities rather than general shopping.

As for people constantly moaning about vouchers, get a grip! You don’T have to cash out this way but I always do and get supermarket vouchers as know i’Ll spend them within a few weeks, often you can get 7% Bonus this way so that is another £210 on top of my £3,000.

It was so embarrassing, I never tried it ever since and I am missing out a lot because of that.
It might started to work since then, any experiences, comments on this, please?

I am sorry to hear that you had issues in the past with e-giftcards but after looking at this on a wider scale we are not seeing any issues with e-giftcard payouts.

rhoti15 Nov 20 - 13:55 Been few years with cashback and only started paying attention 2 years ago, yes it takes quit long from some retailers to get it but its worth the wait in the end and its free cash so why not.

Had to contact customer services couple times for missing Cashback and not tracking and it was resolved within no time so no problems.

I know you've get options to get extra for payable in vouchers but prefer mine cash.


Overall the name says it all topchashback website i've come across. :)

I’Ve had one that didn’T track correctly & I submitted a ticket not expecting it to be resolved but it did & I got the full payout. I couldn’T be happier & Wish everyone could benefit from it. There are so many scams out there lately that if I was just starting now i’D have probably thought it was too good to be true But it’S legit. I have an account, yes it’S slow to receive the money and a little convoluted to pull it from TopCashback, but it works. As for encouraging us to take vouchers, would you please get a grip and stop posting silly comments.

This way you are pursuading us to spend more money and supporting other industries not us. If I use cashback then I want to have to cash myself and do not like the way that you penalise us for doing so.

I have no idea what Plus membership means, why do this anyway it just makes things more complicated.

I have shopped at several websites where Top CashBack is available, I have spent over £1,000 in the last 11 months, all visits "have been recorded", purchases listed as "confirmed" but all reward payments are listed as "pending??????

I have not had one penny paid back to me through your TopCashback system - i'm just thankful I didn't go premium and pay to be robbed by you with all your false claims!!!!!

I can see you have not earned the £10 cashback which is why they have not been awarded.

While you have done many purchases with us, this is for a retailer that does award cashback for new customers and so many of your purchases attached £0 cashback which is why these are not included.

I am sorry to hear this. With Love to shop e-giftcard it would need to be redeemed in the love2shop reward portal and from there you can request all kinds of vouchers and gifts including the physical love2shop card.

Alternatively we do have our tradtional love2shop payout method which can be seen towards the bottom of the payout page.

Steve G16 Nov 19 - 12:35 I got the email claiming "You could get a payout bonus of up to 25% On brands like Amazon, Debenhams and many more", yet when looking at the reward wallet side you see:
Amazon - 1%
Debenhams - 7.5%
Virgin Experience days - 12.5%
So even as a plus member @ 2 x the base membership, still doesn't get close to the implication that Amazon and Debenhams are close to a bonus payout of 25%!!!!!

With Plus membership the payout top up rate is up to 25% And this would be dependent on the discount the gift card provider gives us for each voucher type.

We will always keep pushing to get the rates as generous as possible and will bare your feedback in mind for the future.

I see a big 'up to 25%' For plus members and see one example, Virgin Experience days - they are mostly 5% And 10% And Amazon is only 2%. I am failing to see the benefit of Plus membership, which I will probably cancel soon. I still have unpaid cashback from 27th May and there seems to be no way to speed it up and certainly no priority for 'Plus' members

I bet it was because they didn't follow instructions or use it on merchants that didn't accept virtual payments. Now I have £350 stuck in reward wallet and nothing to use it on. I luckily got a £150 virtual mastercard and was planning to get a £300 one, but you removed it without telling us.
