While they have modified their services and processes in order to protect customers and employees, if you need a car during lockdown, Enterprise are going above and beyond their already rigorous cleaning protocols thanks to their Complete Clean Pledge.

Each of their vehicles is thoroughly cleaned between every rental — and backed by the Complete Clean Pledge.

This includes vacuuming, a general wipe down and sanitising with a disinfectant which meets leading health authority requirements, with particular attention paid to more than 20 high-touch points, such as the steering wheel, seat belts, door handles, mirrors, gearstick and the key and key fob.

They also have measures in place to immediately isolate and quarantine any vehicle, if needed.

The Complete Clean Pledge extends to Enterprise locations too, and they have also introduced updated process and safety procedures.

Employees working in branch locations are following best practices recommended by health authorities.

While they are accepting reservations from any branch location online or by phone, Enterprise are limiting their physical locations by consolidating operations to centralised branches.

After you make a reservation online, you may be contacted by one of their employees to help arrange a vehicle transfer point, which may differ from your original branch location.

This helps protect employees and customers, keeping their open locations and physical interaction to a minimum while still maximising their availability for those who need their services.

Essential precautions for essential journeys

To protect both customers and employees, Enterprise have modified their service offerings. This includes the addition of roadside rentals at their locations to help promote social distancing by getting you quickly on your way while avoiding foot traffic at their locations.

Whether you’re picking your vehicle up at the roadside, or if they deliver it to you at your place or work, garage or home, they maintain proper distance throughout.
