Having just fitted the taps I ordered and found them excellent quality I feel able to write a review. I was amazed that the cashback I earned went to payable the day after I ordered and before I ever received my products!! Products as I said, good quality and delivery quick. The easiest transaction I've ever encountered on top cashback.

purchased a full bathroom suite from Big Bathroom Shop because of their excellent website (after a LOT! of searching), it was the only place i could find where i could customise the suite to include a smaller bath that i needed to fit in my rather pokey bathroom. due to an error i received an item that didn't match the suite, contacted their customer service and they sent the correct item out on next day delivery for free, excellent customer service. also, cashback tracked almost immediately so very happy overall.

Ordered on 1st Dec. Cashback tracked ok. I used the voucher code on the topcashback website. The cashback has now been declined with the reason that I used an invalid code. The item hasn't been delivered yet - apparently it takes 10 days to deliver. Not impressed overall.
Also, please beware - if you use the code, the cashback will be declined!

BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS MERCHANT! They advertised a product which they could not deliver. It was a tap for over £500 and they took my money up front and promised it for delivery in 4-6 weeks, after which they told me it would be another 4-6 weeks. when I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, they tell me it is going to be 12 weeks. The manufacturer of the product says they have never heard of this retailer and it seems they are crooks. BEWARE!

Very fast efficient service. Given approx delivery time the day before and van driver rang to say when he would arrive 30 mins before delivery. Also had a follow up survey of the delivery experience - so they do take it seriously.
