Been try to buy a tv for 2 days totally hopless the site refuses payment at the last stage....Cyber attack by the wikileaks crew on there payment provider...or just don't want to pay the cashback?

Bought three item for xmas and all showed with in the hour.Nice website but now unable to check out.Tried one debit card and one credit card both with ample funds,but keeps getting refused.Called the helpline totally hopless blamed it on clicking thru from topcashback. Suggested that I buy it over the phone with no cashback,also stated that another cashback were having problems as well.

Products arrived quickly and in good condition, no complaints there. I did end up having to speak with customer services following purchase and they were reasonably helpful, although were more keen to direct me to the manufacturer than solve the problem themselves.
Cashbackwise, this has been a dreadful experience. BB claims I used another route to purchase the items. This is amazing, given I closed all browser windows, clicked through from TCB to add to cart, then paid.
If I buy from BB again (which is unlikely!), I won't be expecting any cashback!

Still awaiting cash back from a purchase in May, over 5 months and still no sign of payment. can't fault the company on the service for the product but don't rely On the cash back being payed.

Very very slow to pay cashback, if they pay it at all, as others have found out. My cashback is showing estimated payable in 5 months - much longer than other retailers.

Very irresponsible company. Never trust them. Bought an X box 360 with £30 cashback but never got tracked, submitted claims, after 4 months, they said the transaction never happen!!! OMG, how stupid...I have received my X Box (not to mentioned slooooowwwwwww delivery),now they are trying to run away from paying the cashback! If you read more, you'll realised more people are con by this company! Also, dun buy from carphonewarehouse as they are the same company!

Well 6 months of hearing nothing Best Buy finally inform TC that they have already paid out my money but to somebody else, so I will not be receiving a penny...This seems to have happened to a lot of people, so think it is just a big con for you to buy off their website, but then not pay any cashback...I have no moans about the product I bought or the delivery, just that they should honour their promises of great discounts...

Horrible customer service - cancelled my order for no reason then took weeks to refund me the money!! Spoke to five different people and no one could tell me the cause of the problem - this included 2 managers.

Well 5 months down the line, still no cashback, not even stating pending.....Numerous nudges to TC and even the order number but still nothing...TC need to take Best Buy off their customer listing as from all the comments on here they do not honour anything...Total rip off....

Buyers beware - Best Buy is misleading people with their Voucher Code "7.5% off all Digital Cameras over £100, expires 13th May 2011". I phoned Best Buy today to ask them if one of their larger digital DSLR cameras will be back in stock before the voucher expires, and was told it will be, but that I "will not be able to use the 7.5% voucher on a camera as big as that, it can only be used on 'compact digital cameras' ". I replied the voucher says 'ALL digital cameras' on all of the various promotion company websites. Best Buy replied that they don't accept a DSLR is a digital camera. So why does the product 'Digital Single-Lens Reflex' camera have Digital in the name I asked ? It's the responsibility of the websites promoting the vouchers, you'll have to ask them, I was told. So Best Buy don't read the name of the voucher they agree for the promoters to publish for use in Best Buys promotional code box at checkout? You'll have to ask the promoters i'm told.
How very evasive and deceitful ! Lure you in to making a purchase to dupe you.

Ignore the 'estimate' of 9 weeks - my confirmed purchse on 17th January now has an estimated payable date of 30th June !!
That's 27 weeks. This is unacceptabe given the misleading estimate on the Best Buy page.

Best buy had a very good offer on in early January so I took advantage and used them to buy a new sound system. Unfortunately their cash back speed is nowhere near as good and I am still waiting for the flashback three months later. I would be very sceptical about using them again. Flashback is only useful if it is given back.

Tried to order using a 10%off code. Website refused to accept payment even after trying 3 different cards and contacting card issuer who made sure it should go through. Customer services completely unhelpful blaming th bank. Either poorly working website or they don't wish you to obtain the discounts they have posted.

I made two purchases with this merchant - one in December and one in Jan. Both tracked and confirmed OK but still no payment (its now April). I would advise against using this merchant as they clearly do not want to honour the cashback deals they enter into.
