Don’t pay out
They reject the cash back and don’t pay out. Should be removed from the site

Doesn’t pay out!
I placed two separate orders last year and both were declined stating ‘terms and conditions were not met’ without any reference as to how they were not met. They were met, I use TopCasback all the time and have done for years. This retailer uses Topcashback as a ploy to pull in business in my opinion.

Ex VAT
Admittedly my mistake but be aware it's calculated ex VAT, quick and no technical issues but less than I was expecting

Cashback incorrectly declined - avoid!
It’s not pleasant when as a customer you have clicked through TCB and met the conditions for cashback only for the retailer and its affiliate network to decline it. Avoid; there are plenty of other options.
